Russian laws about the trade/ export of the culture items:
The vehicles, militaria, weapons, collectibles, awards and paintings
The Trading of the Soviet State Fighting Awards is illegal in Russia. All else the awards, not included in the special list you can buy in the specializing shops or the collector clubs.
The export of all collectible items, including the vehicles older that 50 years TAKES the permission of the Russian Culture Ministry Department. The decision should be, depending of the rarity and the historical value:
the refuse, the extra tax or free of charge.
The pictures of the modern Russian artist take the permission also, but usually, the decision is "free of charge"
The small arm weapons.
The Trading of the historical and modern active small Army arms is still illegal in Russia.
You can buy the Russian Hunting Rifles in the specializing Gun Shop. You have to ask the permission in your Embassy in Moscow and take off the gun from Russia in 5 days. The details ask the salesman.
The deactivated historical and modern arms you can buy without the license. Do not forget the special certificate and to declare at the custom.
