Myasischev Design Bureau named
after General Designer V.M. Myasischev - is the successor of the preceding
design bureaus developed by the well-known designer. Myasischev has added
outstanding achievements into the history of aviation among which there are
heavy strategic jet 3M and M-50 aircraft.
The collective is experienced of
high altitude aircraft of new generation having set up 41 world records, in
developing of the space shuttle orbiter Buran and other air vehicles of
different purpose.

MUSEUM
The officials of the museum
are Stanislav Gavrilovich Smirnov, the person responsible for the museum,
and Natalya Viktorovna Bolotina, museum's curator.
Open: 10:00 till 17:00 except Saturday and Sunday.
The visiting capabilities to the museum are limited and the visit is
possible only under escort of EMZ representative.
The museum of the Experimental machine-building plant named after V.M.
Myasischev is created in 1977 as a public organization. The museum reflects
history and development of the plant; V.M. Myasischev's life; technological
and labour achievement of the plant collective.
The main exhibits of the museum are models of airplanes, created by Myasischev Experimental Design Bureau (OKB) at different times; panels,
personal things, plane details; rare photos, documents, albums, books,
magazines, etc.
